In this portion of the project, you will conduct an internal scan of a healthcare organization. Write a 3 page paper that addresses the following:

Outline the organization structure
Identify the organization stakeholders (Internal and external)
Identify the products or services the organization or department offers to stake holders
Identify the atmosphere surrounding change and forces in the organization driving change

Your paper must follow APA formatting guidelines, and include:

Cover page (with your name, course, section, date submitted, and your professor’s name)
Reference page
Introductory paragraph

Note: Your cover and reference pages are not counted in your paper length.

Healthcare organization

Students will be required to write and submit a typed 10 page (double-spaced) paper on an assigned topic relevant to the course. (See suggested topic list) Paper is not to exceed 20 pages. Paper should be double spaced with one (1) inch margins and 11 pt. font in Times New Roman. Include a reference page and cover page. The paper must have a standard outline (introduction, body, and conclusion) and references used in writing the paper must be cited. Paper must meet APA style guidelines. Paper or student developed fact sheet will be distributed to class prior to the scheduled presentation.

Paper must effectively convey what the following levels of health care are; primary, secondary, tertiary, and quaternary. How these models can be arranged (i.e. regional vs dispersed models). Examples of each must also be given. All papers will be submitted on Turnitin to screen for plagiarism.
